Environment:
Operating system: Windows 11/10
Firefox version: Firefox 140.04/142

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://www.xfinity.com/stream/
  2. Close or decline the cookie banner.
  3. Observe behavior.

Expected Behavior:
The page loads.

Actual Behavior:
Stuck in loading screen.

Notes:

  • This can be reproduce on Chrome in some cases but it usually works after a page refresh, on Firefox it does not
  • It might be cookie related, after accepting the cookie policy and refreshing the page a couple of times the page loads eventually
  • It can work in some cases without taking any action regarding the cookie policy
  • Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
  • Reproduces in firefox-nightly, and firefox-release
  • Does not reproduce in chrome

On Nightly it worked eventually after a few attempts of refreshing the page, but when you close the tab and try to load the page again, the issue reproduces and the page does not load on refresh as it does on Chrome.
