Details

Ensure that talos tests can be mixed and match i.e. any combination of tests can run in any suite. For example, currently tp6 tests can only be run on their own / in an independent suite because of how mitmproxy is setup at the suite level etc. Ideally it would be nice to be able to include tp6 tests as part of other suites / with other tests that don't require mitmproxy.
I don't think this is really required.
